Project + Freelance Illustrator

2008 - PRESENT

  • Work intimately with musicians to design full vinyl, CD, & tape package artwork from concept to completion in a variety of mediums, including promotional flyers, logos, and merch

2009 - 2010

  • Contributed a full-color cover and 30 black-and-white illustrations for Susan Block's book "How to Gossip Nicely" 

2008 - 2009 

  • Collaborated with team of writers and programmers to develop characters and illustrations for three individual stories for an interactive iPad storybook application, "Fly-to-Learn."

  • Collaboratively lead a community tile-building workshop for elementary schoolers in East Baltimore

2008 - 2009, Northwest School of the Arts

  • Organized & taught lessons on basic elements of art & principles of design, including still life drawing, drawing with perspective, rendering form with light & shadow through textural elements, etc
